Description
Cilantro microgreens are healthier than their full-grown selves. Because it’s so newly sprouted, the cilantro microgreen is still getting its nutrients from its seed.
These can be put on a variety of different types of dishes without the hassle of cutting or quickly wilting plants.
Cilantro Microgreens like many other microgreens contain very high levels of the carotenoids lutein/ zeaxanthin, violaxanthin, and beta carotene. This is comparable levels to that of carrots and sweet potatoes. Additionally, they have vitamin C concentrations similar to an orange.
